Why ASC?
At ASC we recognise the value young engineers bring to the company, with every effort made during the rotation to grow and develop graduates. In addition to providing meaningful and challenging work, we provide a formal and well-structured mentoring program and facilitate progression towards Chartered Professional Status.
We offer a competitive base salary with an additional performance-based bonus scheme and salary sacrifice options. Other benefits include access to an onsite Gym, opportunity to join the ASC Social Club and a dedicated Graduate Coordinator to provide ongoing support and assist in the growth of your career.
Your development
Our graduates are based at our
Osborne facility and are rotated across various departments to gain a full understanding of the business. A three- to four-month placement in
Western Australia provides an interesting but not mandatory part of the graduate rotation, with an optional placement with the Air Warfare Destroyer Program.
Formal review processes are in place to ensure that graduates receive ongoing feedback throughout the program. Development and training needs are regularly reviewed, with graduate career path options explored and discussed in detail, with additional training offered to develop leadership and management skills.
