ASC values the program by developing links within the community and our workplace environment encourages students learning and growth, affording them opportunity to develop basic skills and gain knowledge/direction towards a future career.
The program will cater for student placement on a weekly/fortnightly basis, as agreed by all parties. The placement is subject to completing ASC’s inductions and providing a fully signed and completed “Workplace Learning Agreement” form.
Who Can Apply?
ASC welcomes requests by students from high schools, TAFE and university for work experience placement on both the Hobart Class Air Warfare Destroyer and Collins Class Submarine programs.
All applicants must hold an Australian Citizenship.
