Whistleblower Protection Program
In accordance with the Public Information Disclosure Act 2013 and ASC’s Whistleblower Protection Program, ASC has appointed Authorised Officers to receive and investigate allegations of suspected serious wrongdoing. The purpose of ASC’s Whistleblower Protection Program is to:
- encourage and facilitate the disclosure of information by ASC employees about suspected wrongdoing in the public sector;
- ensuring that ASC employees who make public interest disclosures are supported and protected from adverse consequences; and
- ensuring that disclosures by ASC employees are properly investigated and dealt with.
