ASC produces and publishes its Annual Report, Tax Transparency Reports, Modern Slavery Statement and Statement of Corporate Intent each year, and the company’s annual reporting data is available on the Australian Government’s Transparency Portal (www.transparency.gov.au). Other documents are also published to meet accreditation requirements and provide information about company initiatives.

Modern Slavery Statement
ASC is committed to creating and contributing to an environment free from modern slavery in all its forms.
The company’s current Modern Slavery Statement sets out the actions ASC has taken to address modern slavery risks in its business and supply chains over the financial year ending 30 June 2023.
Statement of corporate intent
In accordance with the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014, ASC’s Statement of Corporate Intent is approved by the Minister for Finance and published on ASC’s website annually.
The Statement of Corporate Intent for the period 2024-29 includes a summary of ASC’s:
- purpose;
- current programs;
- strategy and business; environment;
- performance;
- risk management; and
- work health, safety and environment strategy.
