Diversity and inclusion
ASC recognises the benefits of a diverse workforce, and believes every member of its team should feel valued and respected. ASC has developed a variety of initiatives which advocate for people of differing genders, cultures and demographics, and will continue to build upon these resources to support its inclusive culture.
Reconciliation Action Plan
ASC values relationships – with each other, its partners, customers and the communities in which it operates.
In 2021, ASC implemented its first ‘Reflect’ Reconciliation Action Plan, and embedded the plan’s actions across the organisation. That RAP provided ASC with a framework to contribute to reconciliation, both within the organisation and with its wider communities in South Australia and Western Australia.
ASC has now launched the ‘Innovate’ RAP, continuing its reconciliation journey by further cementing its organisational culture of diversity and inclusion.
