ASC recognises the benefits of a diverse workforce, and believes every member of its team should feel valued and respected. ASC has developed a variety of initiatives which advocate for people of differing genders, cultures and demographics and will continue to build upon these resources to support its inclusive culture.
Reconciliation Action Plan
ASC values relationships – with each other, its partners, customers and the communities in which it operates.
In 2021, ASC implemented its first ‘Reflect’ Reconciliation Action Plan, and embedded the Plan’s actions across the organisation. This important journey will reinforce a culture of diversity and inclusion across ASC’s South Australian and Western Australian operations, and build upon the strengths of its diverse workforce to encourage cultural awareness and different ways of thinking.
