Alice Williams has been appointed to
the Board of ASC Pty Ltd, bringing more than 30 years of senior management and
board-level experience.
Ms Williams also has specialist
knowledge in major-project governance, investment management, corporate
advisory and equity fundraising.
Ms Williams is a former Director of NM
Rothschild and Sons (Australia) Limited, Vice-President of JP Morgan Australia,
and Non-Executive Director for such organisations as Cooper Energy, Defence
Health, Telstra Sale Company Limited and the Australian Accounting Standards
Board.
ASC Chair Bruce Carter said Ms
Williams’s experience across a number of companies, organisations and
government would be invaluable to ASC.

addition to Alice’s role with ASC, she is currently also a Non-Executive
