Undertaking a Degree-Based Apprenticeship (DBA) with ASC and either Flinders or Adelaide University gives you the incredible opportunity to combine an in-demand honours degree with ongoing – and paid – on-the-job experience.
Current programs (all 5 years) include:
- Mechanical Engineering DBA (in partnership with Flinders University)
- Electrical Engineering DBA (in partnership with Flinders University)
- Software Engineering DBA (in partnership with Adelaide University)
You’ll be employed throughout and receive a salary while completing both work and study components.
At the end of the program you’ll graduate with a recognised university degree in the relevant discipline, together with significant industry experience.
Please note that prerequisites apply and all recruitment is managed by the universities.

ASC only becomes involved when applicants are progressed to the Assessment Centre stage for preferred-candidate selection.

We’re looking for natural problem-solvers who show integrity in their work and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
